Malaysian Kapitan Chicken Curry


Speaking of curry, I love any kind of curry but I personally prefer Asian style to Indian ones cuz I think all Asian spices & herbs are more flavourful or maybe I've been used to them more than those Indian or Western spices & herbs !

This curry firstly caught my attention by its look posted on foodgawker and after reading through the post and recipe..it reminded me of Ayum betutu, one of the family's favorite dishes.. but this is in a curry form with more sauce which I was easily convinced that it could become another dish we fancy..and I was so right ! We loved the dish and will definitely make it again and again !
